Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after purchase confirmation.

How long does delivery take?
Our Standard Delivery timeframe is:
6–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Please note that courier delays, busy seasons, or external factors may extend delivery times.

How much is delivery?
We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you did not receive tracking details, please contact us for assistance.

What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us. If the courier confirms the order was lost or undelivered, we will either:
Resend your order free of charge, or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for both faulty and non-faulty items, as long as they meet our eligibility criteria.

Are returns free?
Yes. Once your return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees.

Which items are eligible for return?
Eligibility requires that items must:

  • Be new, unused, and undamaged
  • Not be customised or personalised
  • Include original packaging with all tags and labels
  • Be purchased directly from Bauven.com
  • Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery

Are any items non-returnable?
We accept returns for all eligible basketball kits as long as they are new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items may be refused if they:

  • Show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Are missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Were returned without prior authorisation
  • Are returned outside the 30-day return window

We do not sell hygiene-restricted items, so no special exclusions apply beyond standard wear-and-tear assessments.

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact Form or email contact@bauven.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos/video if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label with instructions.

How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Once we receive and approve your return, we refund you, and you may place a new order for the correct size or item.
Where stock allows, a direct replacement may be arranged.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account simply helps track orders and store address details for future purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update or cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return once it is delivered.
