At Bauven, we are committed to providing clear, reliable, and efficient shipping services. This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date the order is placed.

Orders placed after the 6:00 PM GMT cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high order volume or additional verification checks.

2. Delivery Service Area

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time: 6–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times exclude order processing.

Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders (no minimum spend required).

5. Order Updates & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your parcel online

If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Carriers

We work with trusted UK delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable service. Depending on your location and warehouse availability, your order may be shipped with carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel, or other reputable couriers. The carrier assigned to your order is automatically selected based on the most efficient delivery method available at the time of dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts & Carrier Policies

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,
  • The recipient being unavailable,
  • A parcel not being retrieved from a pickup point,

the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange either:

We do not charge any return-shipping or restocking fees for carrier-returned parcels.

8. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

If the courier confirms that the parcel is lost or undelivered, we will:

  • Resend the order free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before the order is shipped (you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it has been sent).

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Please check the following locations:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker,
  • Your building’s reception or concierge,
  • Your designated safe place.

If you believe the parcel was marked delivered in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

11. After Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

12. Order Cancellation

If your order has not shipped yet (you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it has been sent), we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy .

13. VAT & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include VAT and applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

14. Disclaimer

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, strikes, unexpected logistical disruptions, or seasonal peak periods.
